UPDATE [13.10.2025] – Improved Aluminium Pulley Upgrade (Plug & Play Version) The latest version of the pulley is now fully plug & play — which means it’s easy to install, with no special skills or full disassembly required. This upgrade is designed for Ducati Scrambler 800 and Monster 797 throttle body 28241001A. Many riders have noticed a lazy throttle response when twisting the throttle grip. Online solutions like throttle rings can improve response, but they often sacrifice functionality and looks. Throttle ring pros and cons: ✅ Faster throttle response and reduced twist ❌ You lose the heated grip ❌ Poor aesthetics and non-original feel Instead of changing the grip, I focused on improving the throttle pulley itself — keeping the original design but enhancing the performance. By slightly reducing the cam radius, I achieved about 25% faster throttle opening, giving a sharper and more direct throttle feel. The new aluminium pulley replaces the fragile plastic one, making it a permanent and elegant upgrade.
