Hi, i know someone whos selling a 1997 916 biposta with all the added extras of the top of the range model and its done 12000 miles.Service is sketchy. What would be its value?
What anyone is willing to pay. TBH one with poor service history probably wont fetch a lot more than £3k.
I'm with duke63, 3k tops. Don't be suckered in by extras, they really don't add to the value of the bike. Original ones if you can find them are worth way more than modded and if there is no up to date service history on it then allow for a full checkover on the engine - cams out rockers etc and then new belts filters and fluids. Lovely bike at the right price.
