Been changing fluids on my new addition. It’s a CX650 Eurosport, rare 1 year only model with less than 30 on UK roads. Often mistaken for the CX500 E as styling was identical. New Bridgestone BT46s went on last week as came on utterly ancient mismatched tyres that were awful. Needs a few bit doing but finding parts is very hard. Someone sprayed the front screen black (why???) but finding one is proving very tricky.
Great looking bikes indeed, but not in your sodding lounge for goodness sake..............................Stick them back in the garage where they belong!!
Bike show today at the NEC, one thing that stood out was the exhaust on this Triumph. K&N Filters and Thornton Hundred created a bespoke Triumph Bobber and this is part of the result. Pretty impressive!
Dropped my 900 superlight off at Ducati proteam to sort out a starting problem. Looks like it's one of the CDI units is on the way out. Parts on order and hopefully pick her up soon .
Try soaking the painted screen in warm water for a day or so, it should soften the paint enough to peel it off unless they sanded it first that is.
Took the 899 for mot today, first ride in god knows how long… 1 mile each way! It didn’t want to show neutral to start with but ok once it warmed up a bit.
