So many wonderful memories. I used to bomb around Cape Town in a silver one back in the '70's. Thanks for sharing.

Started off with a valve check and sort of morphed

 

Tis the bike of Skeletor.

 

I saw that bike at a Ducati event in Sardinia. Apparently it's based on an ST2. There was another Pantah based bike alongside it which is a lot easier on the eye.



The bikes were put together by Italian custom bike builder Giordano Loi. Some of their bike are quite nice, I don't know what happened with the blue one. There is a bit about it here.
They do some nice carbon stuff.

For some reason it made me think about the latest interpretation of a Vogon, from the film.
