848 Evo Se Exhaust

  1. Guys, looking for a wee bit of help.

I’m replacing a full Termi exhaust on my 848 evo se with the standard system. There’s two larger bosses on each pipe for the O2 sensors but there is also two smaller ones, see attached picture. I’m not sure what fits in these. Should there just be some blanking screws fitted?

    Thanks

  2. Small bosses are where the Ducati diagnostic gas take offs screw in. They should be blanked off.
Think they are 1/4” BSP thread.

  3. Excellent Chris, much appreciated .

Would you know the order of the exhaust servo cables? Need to connect this back up but not sure which cable is pull open and pull close.

  4. An old post suggested they may be M10x0.75 thread

  5. To be honest I would leave the EXBV cables and motor off the bike. Either disable in the ECU or fit an EXBV elimination gizmo. If you need help with disabling then PM me. Same can be done for the lambda(s). It is all there for emissions tests anyway.

  6. The bikes getting traded in and just need it put back to standard, don’t really want to spend anymore money on it to eliminate the servo if I’m honest.

    Again, thanks for your help.

  7. The gas takeoffs are BSP, not metric.
