Wow, think that’s what you call both barrels. Not a good look for Ducati either but we knew that already.
Blimey. Apart from winning rider championships, which is obviously the most important thing in that year, apart the manufacturer title, manufacturers are never done any long term favours with riders that can ride round problems, Ducati with Stoner, Honda with MM, and now potentially Ducati again with MM, it's taken Honda years to get a bike that is only really top 5 if they're lucky. As a observation it seems to be a very Italian "red" thing, Ferrari and Ducati, that the machine is never the problem
You ride around the symptoms, as the cause isn't going to go away. This is what MM does so well, like it or not...
not racing I know but, could be an "Italian" thing, from working with Italians (Marconi - Genoa) they're reluctant to acknowledge any error, however slight, also they could never bring themselves to deliver negative news, usually regarding late deliveries and kit performance. Nice enough otherwise, just a bit frustrating for us.
After he has retired from racing, he may well turn into a nice human being. Whilst he is still in the thick of competition, not a chance.
I think he’s a nice human being and an incredible talent but he just doesn’t have *that magic or personality others have had in the past. Not that the likes of him or stoner will give one shiney shit about that.
Yes, I think he's that good. However, I can't stand the sight of him (makes me think of The Joker), I hate that he just pisses on everyone else in a race, I hate how 'dirty' he used to be, etc.... He has zero charisma or appeal to me. Doesn't stop him being a generational talent tho'
I wonder if Marc Marquez being quite a bit shorter and lighter than Pecco Bagnaia made any difference in this situation - surely it must have done on a bike that doesn't want to stop. Interesting article.
