I don't often read biographies/autobiographies. However, quite enjoying this that a mate has lent me.
Defiance Til Death, Robery L Arnold An American poet and writer, really digs into the history and current woes of American society, illuminating and moving.
As much as I like Bobs comedic repartee I made the mistake of reading this first followed by his novel The Satsuma Complex the plot of which is ruined by all the ‘facts’ used in his autobiography.
Having finished his autobiography, I wouldn't rush to buy/read another of his books. Starting on this now;
