hi guys gonna swap my belts out soon on my 2016 1200 dvt and wondering if anyone who uses the obdstar knows which parameter I use in the menu to check the cam timing before and after? havent had chance to have a good play with it yet!

If you haven’t already research dvt belt change .. timing marks etc are different to a conventional Desmo…
yeah all looks easily enough to do after watching a few vids, just wanna double check cam timing on obdstar before and after for extra peace of mind, will have to plug in when I get 5 and go through the parameters if no one can help on here☺️
I've not done the live data stream stuff using my OBDStar but I'm aware that it can do it, though to what degree and if that includes cam timing data or not I have no idea. The Bosch EMU shows "Read Data Stream" in the OBDStar capability spreadsheet but offers no real further information. Guess it'll be a case of hooking it up and having a look to see if there's anything relevant. thanks mate, I certainly will next time im playing with the bike, that obdstar is a good little bit of kit when I briefly reset the service warning on it the other week so hopefully it should have live data for the cam timing!
somewhere there is a video on you tube of a guy doing exactly what you want to to check the dvt timing he goes through the belt change too
