  1. It is (was) painfully loud. I love it.
However kidney stones are on a different level :p

  2. Surely the resonance from the system would shatter the kidney stones when riding. Win win. :upyeah:

  10. After taking the sprocket off we have found some micro cracks in various places, so looks like alloy rear sprockets have a service life. If you use one hard on track I would inspect it very regularly

  11. My guess is that, being Aluminium alloy, they're fatigue cracks. Our big twins probably make this more likely than smoother fours...

    Steel is an alloy too

  12. Easy to be smart after the event but I did think that the sprocket looked a bit worn. I would have changed that some time ago.

  14. Just received the Shoei Neotec 3 colour-way I thought I’d bought at MCL. Helmet City have been great, sent me an overpack box and a return label and sent out the replacement helmet within hours of receiving the one I sent back. Andy

  16. Noticed I was losing clutch fluid from the clutch reservoir, glad they’re clear on this bike.
Bought and fitted a new Oberon slave cylinder and Hel clutch hose, clutch is so light now

  17. Is it likely that leaking clutch fluid can erode the finish on the engine casings?

  18. It can but there’s a cut out under the cylinder and it looked to be leaking into the side stand bracket.

  19. Could the bolt(s) being overtightened also be a factor?
