Just a quick Q guys. Does anyone know if the 1198/1098/849 has a headlight module or is it just a 12v supply to the lights? My Fireblade streetfighter will be running an 1198 fairing and seat and I’m currently awaiting my headlight to arrive. Changing out plugs is not a big deal but I’m unsure if I need a module to run the lamps?
Got my frame and everything else powder coated. Just waiting to finish the CBR929 recommission before rebuilding the fighter. Got my 7” rear wheel powder coated too. How the front should look.
Here’s the wiring diagram. Relay 43 is the lighting relay energised by the instrument module. After that the high low is selected by the switches.
