Just got my bike booked in for this recall to replace the stock rear header and heat shroud. Internet opinion seems to be that this only applies to bikes with a dealer-fitted Termi half system … https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1EZYnDuXZE/? … but for peace of mind you may think it worth checking with your dealer even if you only have the standard exhaust and not the Termi.
I have heard of the rear header failing and being replaced with the same part number. Hadn’t heard of a recall for it. I just did a recall search for mine and it shows no recalls, the other 3 recall were done. I do have the Termi system with the Ducati map…
I did the same search … firstly in the My Ducati App, and secondly on the Ducati website using my VIN … same result, no recall listed. Thought I’d call my dealer anyway and lo-and-behold they DO have it on their system. It is so recent that they haven’t notified owners as of yet, and I guess they update the dealer systems before the customer facing ones. My dealer gladly booked my bike in to have the work done in Jan.
