My good deed of the day was helping a BMW GS rider out that'd a flat battery, so the rule is always keep jump starters in your van or car for that future credit when're in the shit.
Went out with a TRF group on some pretty challenging lanes ridden at a fair old lick. 3 Kit Kats, 2 unscheduled dismounts and a puncture. Photos later
Who knows as he said it was on a optimate charger, cold weather perhaps with the Satnav and heated grips turned on will drain it quick if a poor battery.
Waiting on a flight to the Emerald Isle Attending a family members wedding party on New Year’s Eve being held in a castle. Should be quite a fancy do!
Drove upto the Lakes for a couple of nights, stopping in a shed….well that’s what it looks like anyway.
That's a job for tomorrow. Now waiting for the new V5 so I can put my private reg on too. We went out for a couple of hours earlier to test it on different roads, testing speed bumps and country roads etc and seeing what kind of set up I need. Its a pretty good ride tbh (as good as the Merc I had) and as it's on electric most of the time its very responsive and rapid when you boot it. Which is nice!
