I gave up trying to make sense of it late last night, but yes it looks like series Turbos to me. The underslung tank I'd assumed was for the much larger amount of Oil required than the normal sump would hold. And the small belt driven 'thing' I was guessing was something to do with ignition. Certainly quite a few years back high power drag bikes running more fruity fuels than pump fuel would convert to a car type distributor system as the normal bike wasted spark system wasn't suitable. But I am talking years ago and it probably doesn't apply here.
