Gutter down pipe connection was blocked and the guttering was full of crap so, as yesterday was a nice and sunny (but cold) day, decided to take the guttering down to clean it properly, which lead me to then cleaning the fascia boards, which lead to cleaning the down pipes, which lead to cleaning the awning canopy. Put it all back together, looks much better. Looked at the bikes.
Spent most of yesterday helping a mate collect his new bike and update his garage security to accommodate 2 bikes now. Made me realise that I needed to spend even more on my own garage locks, etc so - urgh - £350 just spent
Travelled to Washington Dulles airport then down to near Richmond VA for the next six weeks. Work unfortunately.
I have an old one hanging in the garage, which could come in doors but It maybe frowned upon by my 21 year old daughter, I doubt the wife would care. I did have a ticking off and a post removed by admin because of a garage pic in a thread where the calendar was in the background, madness if you ask me .......
Back in April last year, the wife fell over in the back garden and broke her wrist, needed surgery to repair, which included fitting metal plates, she was told that the metal plates would need to get removed at some point.... That point was yesterday afternoon, she ended up staying in for the night, my son and I collected her this morning One of the nurses took the piss
Unfortunately I have to work tomorrow but after that I'll do more (unless I find some motivation pills...)...
