TOTALLY AGREE - that dish there is probaby the one I miss the most living abroad... Luckily I'm not too far away and come "home" generally once / year so get my fill in a few short days
My friend took me there for a belated 50th dinner. It seemed like sacrilege to go there for fish & chips, when they do so many amazing dishes, but I was conscious of the cost. I have to say it was the best I’ve had, anywhere.
You're meant to put the butter under the skin. As soon as that goes in the hot oven, it'll fall straight off!
