I think, it may be my mistake - user error. I went to his profile via the Members list search function, thought there was a link there to start a conversation but couldn’t find one. I just tried it with yours too I couldn’t find a post by him at the time, but had I been able to find one and clicked on his avatar then the profile pops up with a link to start a conversation. I live and learn
