I've related on here somewhere how much i still regret staying upstairs in the bar and missing most of the opening act for The Tubes (Squeeze) all because of my initial reaction to "Cool for Cats".
In my defence, i was a lot younger then, and made many rash decisions.

Johnny Marr spent more time as a member of The The than he did The Smiths.

If you ever have the chance to see Squeeze play live it is well worth the effort IMO. I believe they are touring this year a little.
