Removed a tired and leaking kitchen mixer tap and fitted a shiny new mixer kitchen tap. It would have been cheaper to replace the buggered 1/4 turn ceramic insert but both were seized in and the kitchen sink was at risk. Andy
Someone was very keen riding their Ducati through Lingfield today, northbound on the A22, the camellias on the other hand weren't so keen.
Tried to change the oven bulb; unsuccessfully. Removed the glass okay, bulb felt a little loose so gently tightened it and tried it again to see if it was working; large flash, a bang, smoke and this dropped down. So I now need to work out how to get the screw fitting out of the blind hole it is currently sitting in…
