New member. Unsure if this has been raised before ? Panigale SP 1 (2021ym) One year of manufacture. Ducati won,t release how many units of this particular model have been produced ? Apparently 48 units were allocated to the UK with the remainder going to the USA and majority going to Europe. Not a limited numbered unit. 3 to 5 units in Northern Ireland Possibly 1300 to1500 units produced in total Can anyone provide any more information on this model ?
As you have already found out, Ducati have been very tight lipped about production numbers and regional allocations, so what sort of additional information are you looking for ? Andy
Hi Andy, There seems to be a glut of "special " Panigales and Streetfighters issued from Ducati.Just trying to guage how unique this model actually is.
As an ex Speciale owner, IMO, not very. The 1299 Superleggera was probably the last of the ‘unique’ Ducatis. Andy
The SP's, 1 & 2, filled the gap left by the R not being produced. They weren't homoglation models, but capped the range as a limited, but un numbered "special". This year the homoglation 2026 R sits at the top of the range again, so they'll be no SP.
