A client of mine is a retired mountaineer, she held the record for climbing the worlds highest peaks until a few years ago. We have something in common. Maps.
The one below shows the battle of Trafalgar, the position of the British fleet led by Nelson against the Spanish and French fleets, how they lined up before the battle. I find it fascinating

Friedrich Engels, associate of Karl Marx, came from Wuppertal. Or rather Barmen, in the North-East part of Wuppertal. He is memorialised with a statue in a park, on the banks of the River Wupper.
