Heading into the first race week of the year, has there even been a more underwhelming feeling of what’s ahead in wsb this year or am I being a misery?

Given his acrimonious split from Honda UK, I very much doubt that’s an option, especially as he’s riding Ducati this season. Andy
The majority of f1 drivers did 100+ laps a day last week in the Bahrain test. The wsb boys have barely done 100 proper minutes in the whole of pre season (before today). Madness. I’m looking forward to watching oliveira though and also Jake and I’ll put my money where I shouldnt (again) and bet jd96 finishes above at least one of the lowes brothers. Just to add some mild interest. Vickers and Taz look like they have long seasons ahead again. It’s going to be a case of ignore Bulega and enjoy what’s going on behind him I fear though.
Mvds should have got another bike up and running and signed Jake imo. Let Sam and him have the championship *we all want to see.
One takeaway from that preview programme, it seems not all the 2025 V4R riders are in awe of the “all new” V4R Andy

I know he has to push it to find the limits, and develop the bike, but to pretty much write the season off before it starts isn't ideal.
HRC not making it to the opening round with either of their riders has to be a new low for them. Slightly depressing state of affairs when the championship favourite is two thirds of a second ahead of the next rider who also falls off motorbikes a lot too. Let’s see how Haines and turkey teeth dress this one up.
At least dorna’s on the case https://m.gpone.com/en/2026/02/16/s...-developments-coming-soon-in-the-paddock.html
Now Toprak has gone, it really is Bulega's to lose, not his fault, he's just better than everybody else. Johnny Rea is going to race nearly as much as in other years.
