Valentines evening wandering around Bowes museum. First time I've seen the silver Swan for 60 years I guess.

Rode back from Devon, it pissed it down all the way!

 

At work chucked it down all day, working in wet trousers is no fun whatsoever.

 

Drove back from Portsmouth. Ditto

 

Drove to Wales, not entirely sure why as the weather tomorrow looks horrible for playing golf in .

 

Yesterday went to see the Halle orchestra perform Beethoven’s Eroica, in all fairness it was a bit dull.

 

Can you get Radio China now?

 

I've just been offered my 'first shingles vaccination'. One presumes this is an age thing.

Two choices of who to see for it. I won't give the surnames:

'Mr George _______'
'Miss Samantha _______ (Female)'

I chose Sam. If you need telling, despite 'Miss' and 'Samantha', I have to see it for myself!

 

One of, if not the, greenest cities in Europe IIRC.

 

Not even in the top ten, and being one of the biggest means you are a hell of a lot further from anywhere nice. Reykjavik scores below London, but twenty minutes drive sees you out the city and 40 sees you in the Rekjanes peninsula, so the scores make London look better than it is.

Had a poster arrive that I bought on eBay the other day , one of my favourite albums mounted it the garage.
