  1. Thank you for all the advice in wiring up my Zumo XT
i bought one of these connectors from the producer via eBay, £10 delivered

This splitter is wired up the wrong way round, as others have found, for Ducati wiring. I did look at swapping pins, but that proved tricky.
So i just wired up the Zumo connector to match Ducati wiring not the extension splitter. I decided the colour of the positive and negative splitter wires did matter along as it was the same at each end.
USB port and Zumo now working when the ignition is on.
Picture of testing before i tucked all the wires away.

    Hope this helps someone

  2. I have made up a number of these splitters - anyone who wants one, please send a DM. From memory, they won't be expensive.

  3. I hope to be picking up my V2S (2025) this month and would have been searching hi and low for the sat nav connector. Many thanks to @iansp, @Nicklas & @B_M for their posts. Any other hints and tricks on the new V2 would be much appreciated.

To be honest I'm very disappointed with Ducati for not including a dedicated sat nav connect as they have on all Multistradas since 2010, and then they have the cheek to charge over £40 for a suitable splitter cable to allow the connection of a sat nav.

  4. It’s because you bought the cheap version Steve!
