And I've just deleted another 30 bots this evening........the same ridiculous usernames crop up time and again, but this time they've located to Bolivia and Antarctica I've also bought another £150 worth of Gravel Resin (to double up on what I've done today) and I've bought tickets to see Jonathan Pie in November
Can confirm that roads from Chichester "upwards" were terrible from around midday onwards as I returned sarf via the A3 and i possibly got the wettest i've ever been on a bike. Phone would have failed for sure, and just about saved some perishable stuff in wallet (jtf).
Was looking forward to finally getting the bike out, after spending most of the week licking the windows. The weather put paid to that, so took a mate out in the car, as we both needed an adrenaline rush. Looked at bikes, popped in to the pub on the way back. Now dog sitting for a friend from the gym, watching Netflix and drinking all their wine. A good day.
Yesterday was a ride out from Cambridge to Southwold followed a Google maps route set for cycling(not suitable for sports bikes or your Sunday best bike). I was riding with my Son on our SM's, His first outing on a motorcyle this year, weather wasn't great but it didn't rain but just mostly cold and misty.
The rat neighbours are in court today for criminal damage to our property, I’m putting money on them pleading not guilty so that my wife and I will have to go through the trauma of giving evidence against them.
Jesus, still at it eh? Good luck and if you have to tell the truth and give evidence against then so be it. I just hope they don’t harass you as a result.
Boxed in a floating toilet after the Plumbers had finished causing carnage, still ended up replacing the cistern after it had been "fixed". My knees ache a bit.
What access is there for maintenance? I can see the top panel is screwed on, but I'm assuming it will be tiled or something.
Yes top panel is fully removable, which should give plenty of access to gubbins and leaky stuff. The side panel is only Brad nailed on so can be removed if required, it's going to be painted at some point, not in my remit that bit.
Well I had my first run out on the bike since my "episode" last July Did 60 odd miles....went into Newcastle, then popped to see a friend in Wallsend, then came home via the coast taking in Tynemouth, Cullercoats and Blyth. Really good to be back on the bike!
Stripped out many components from one side of my BMW V12 engine so that I could get a good degreasing agent down low for pressure cleaning. While the bits were out I gave them a nice clean too. Most satisfying with a cold can of Fosters at the end.
Had a guy start ripping out our en suite. It seemed a little strange how the gap on one side of the door was different to the other. It turns out the people before we moved in had plasterboarded and tiled over the existing plasterboard and tiles! He's going to use some of the old airing cupboard so we can have a 900 tray instead of the old small one .looking forward to seeing it finished.
