  1. If you have I'd be interested in your story.

  2. Not Parcelforce; but got advice in relation to suing another courier, UPS.
The story would be far too long for this house.
Gist of advice/research was until the item is in your sweaty palms the contract is between the seller/manufacturer & courier company. Not you. Even though you’ve paid for it.
THIS is only in relation to an item that was ordered & paid for but didn’t turn up. In my case, multiple times involving air freight, contracted personnel driver, U.K. customs (twice) and 2 journeys on separate occasions from a bonded warehouse to almost my home address but then inexplicably returned back to Germany. Then re delivered to a U.K. address 200 miles from my home address.
This is the heavily edited short version of my 4 month nightmare.

  3. Cheers.

Yes, I am digging in for an epic struggle.

They have admitting to losing a £4000 item!

I have a sneaking feeling they will try and body swerve any and all responsibility in which case I will have to take them to court.

  4. So you were the seller correct?
