when it comes to friends and acquaintances, Andrew has always made it very clear that he only keeps a closed and secret network of contacts, but if he should go to prison I think that this still won't stop people from trying to penetrate his inner circle.
If they plan to arrest or take in for questioning everyone whose name appears in the Epstein files it's going to get very interesting. Apparently Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and Pope John Paul the II are all in there along with many other hard to reach witnesses... "If you dump rubbish on our streets, you will be joining a clean-up squad and picking up the bill, not the taxpayer," said Environment Secretary Emma Reynolds. Last month, the government announced it was doubling the Environment Agency's Joint Unit for Waste Crime's annual budget for this year to £15.6m to increase arrests. I saw this earlier and thought that could be a bit crap, will the rubbish just be left until they've found the culprit, had the non court hearing, and decided the punishment.
Firstly, as a general societal issue they should fund this tenfold, pursue offenders rabidly, and I'd have them picking up rubbish every weekend and holiday morning and evening until they have picked up twice what they dumped. If they don't do this within a set period, I'd jail them for a day, and double the jail time repeatedly (this is how I would deal with all repeat offenders, one day in jail, doubled if they offend again and again and again). Fly tippers need to be absolutely made an example of. Oh and whilst I'm at it, I'd throw Michelle Mone into a cat A prison until all of the money is repaid. Any non cooperating white collar criminal is treat similarly.
