Fly tipping is getting to be a serious issue in our area (Herts) and apparently is linked to organised crime gangs. A lot of the green lanes round here are absolutely blighted by it.

Aren't some kind of private contractors, seen footage on line of this kind of incident. They have no real powers they rely on the individual to comply.

There's actually not much prisoner on prisoner sexual abuse in UK jails and when it does happen, it tends to be more akin to the kind of hazing which used to happen (or may still do) in the Army or at boarding school rather than being forced to be someone's "prison wife". It appears to be more of an American phenomenon and even then, lots of ex-cons say the prevalence and scale of it is vastly exaggerated by people who have never been to prison or jail (they're different things in Americky, apparently) who seem to get some sort of vicarious pleasure or titillation from the thought of it.
Tiger Woods crashes his car for some unexplained reason for the 4th time. This is the third time he has rolled. Sheriff Budensiek said Woods would remain in jail for eight hours then be released on bond. Dementia Donny was asked about the crash on Friday, saying: "I feel so badly. [Woods has] got some difficulty. There was an accident. That's all I know. He's a very close friend of mine, he's an amazing person, an amazing man."
