Moving back to east london from the chilterns in 2 years' time and this will also mean a small bolt hole in suffolk where i can tinker with my toys. ideally a semi rural location within 20 mins drive of walberswick/southwold and not north ie lowestoft but rather more inland. ive been a regular visitor to southwold and its environs for the past 6 years and quite like it but appreciate its somewhat artificial. also like orford etc needs to have a 0.25 acre plot and dont mind a do-er upper etc. ill want the plot so i can have an outbuilding for my cars/bikes/van etc preferably something remote-ish is my budget realistic and if so what are the places to consider / avoid im not into ipswich or thorpeness and it fees like its more east and mid suffolk for me plus the right side of the a12 for my journey up from east london keen to hear from those that are local to the area and those that have done something similar in the recent past cheers!
