Who's An Electrician? 32amp Red Plug To 3 X Blue 16amp?

So who can tell me please?

the red plug is 3 phase so has

3 x pos
1 x neg
1 x earth

I want to connect 3 leads to the 16amp blue connectors. I know its possible as you can but them already completed, m but the parts are cheaper.

 

it seems as simple as just using one of the L1 L2 L3 with a common earth and neutral
