So my issue is the front indicators are messed up Left is right and right is left (not kidding) someone has fitted and RG tidy tail and at the back the indicator direction but the front is backwards never picked up in many years of mots and I’ve only just got the bike and I always like to check everything works but wasn’t expecting to find this. so how it’s been turned around ??? any ideas
Sounds like the connectors are mixed up. You'll need to remove the mirrors and nose fairing to get to the wires. Suggest you then swap the connectors over and test again before putting the fairing back on. A word of caution - installing the mirrors, bits of rubber, brass bolts and making sure it all fits together correctly under the fairing is a very fiddly job. Lots of swearing usually helps.
