  1. Or launched out the back like a mortar shell into the cars windscreen behind having also taken out the forward facing camera so no evidence of your bike being the culprit.o_O

  2. Last year I took off a part used Dunlop Sportsmart TT that I knew wouldn’t last the round trip to the Pyrenees.
Today I took the rear wheel off the Monster and dropped both off at the tyre shop to swap them over.

Part used tyres are the kind of thing you keep for ever and eventually end up binning, quite pleased to get some more life out of it.

Next up is to book it in for the Spanish MoT, which is bi-annual and known as an ITV.

Come to think of it, I never thought I’d be bi-anything!

  3. Every 6 months :astonished: Or do you mean biennial?

  4. You are of course absolutely correct, it’s biennial.

I’m still not bi anything though.

  5. Got the wheel back with the part worn tyre on, booked the ITV.
    Spelling corrected. Happy days.

Now I’ve got to take the Akrapovic full system off the new Multi, get that ITV’d, whereupon I’ll put the full system back on again. Hey ho, that’s the way it goes here.

  6. Went to the Stafford classic bike show, picked up a hel thumb brake for the radical.
Highlight was seeing this stunner, the builder Andy was a super bloke and spoke to us for some time about the build. IMG_3810.jpeg IMG_3815.jpeg IMG_3814.jpeg IMG_3816.jpeg
Couple of other interesting bits at the end

  9. What is that hub centred bike?

  10. It’s called the asp4, built by Andy Stevenson.

  11. I've had the Stafford show planned for a couple of months, and even had a booking at the campsite next door so I could go up Friday evening in our Motorhome and come home this evening,

But as usual with my life at the moment I had to cancel and stay at home which I'm gutted about.
I'm glad you got there and enjoyed it.

  15. Fitted my new to me battery to my Scrambled Egg ready for it's MOT Thursday, started first go after a year laid up.

Might be time to part ways with it, as nice as it is my Supermoto is far superior for my type of riding.

Perhaps I could be mad enough to take the Mrs as pillion, but the memory of the last time doesn't make me enthusiastic at the prospect.

  16. A nice ride this morning out for breakfast
