Hi, If anyone has experiences with aftermarked alternator and reg-rec kits please tell. i have just discovered that my approx 10.000 km Denso alternator bought from Duc dealer seems to have started to selfdestruct, 2/3 of it has been very hot.. still working but will probably fail in the next long trip.. So trying an aftermarked might be better solution.. Regards.
Alternator - rewind. I can recommend http://www.westcountrywindings.co.uk/ Do the Shindengen Mosfet or Serial R/R upgrade. Plenty of posts on here about it.
