Mine, which I used only yesterday, and do still use reasonably regularly, having brought it when I started senior school to help with my O Level technical drawing. Anyone else still have one? Anyone have one with a pre-decimal price?
Oh yes .... and my slide rule, adjustable set-square, beam compass, protractor, clutch pencils, sanding stick, ruler.... and everything else. And I actually stumbled across some original work (graphite on drafting film) from my 4th year Rolls-Royce DO apprenticeship just the other day. Blimey ..... that was 1973 !!
@Nasher Just had to make a short trip into the shed… Got this when I started my toolmaking apprenticeship with Black and Decker Spennymoor, a lifetime ago, absolutely great days and some fantastic memories Amazed at the price rise in the 4 years to your “ new” one !!
Bought my original one for my apprenticeship in 1974 - sadly lost along the way. Much newer version always on my desk...

Hi Nasher, It was in a village called Steyning West Sussex. Not a big show but it filled the entire high street and was well organised for the locals and surrounding areas, despite the poor forecast it turned out to be like a mid summers day. Seeing that Ducati was a nice bonus
