Morning all Bit of a long shot here, is anyone else having problems adding a Ducati Muesum booking to their basket on the ducati website Ive logged in, selected date and time, ticket type, the total shows €20 but the "buy" button doesnt do anything, ive tried in both English and Italian, using laptop, Android phone and IPhone, no success. Any other ideas ? Regards Neil B
Cannot help with this, sorry but i am very sad to hear that you now need to pay for the museum. I have been there twice, unannounced, and had a great tour around both times. My wife and i once got a guided tour around the factory for just the 2 of us because we only spoke English and the organised tour we coincided with was in German. Good luck by the way
@Desmoboy, it’s €2 for DOC members and €15 for Ducati card holders and over 65s. @Neil Byrne, what date are you trying to book ? Andy
Could buying tickets be made more confusing ? Not entirely sure I’ve got this right but it looks like you need the My Ducati app to buy tickets. Once upon a time, you could just rock up at the gate but the (English translation) wording now says they only guarantee entry if you have booked on-line which is rather open ended. Andy
Purchased a ticket few days ago to pop in on the Sunday on my way home from WDW. €13 +2 for whatever. It needs to be done through the My Ducati App. There's is a log in button top right of the page from memory then it asked for some info from the WDW ticket to discount it. It is a Faff but you know (italian hand gesture)
Ive loged into the "my ducati " app Still unable to find anything about booking the museum....Im thinking not visiting now, too much faffing about to spend my money !
Yep just tried this on my phone through the phone "app" and it doesn't work.. You need to log in on the website page where you are trying to purchase the ticket. Sorry just re- read my previous msg.
Hi My first attempt was on the website, logged in etc. Able to select the date, time and number of tickets, total cost shown , but the "buy" button does bugger all, and no items added to the basket. Ah well, I'll be visiting Maranello Ferrari instead
