This is a better picture of the bike, with both my grandparents. It was common place to ride side-saddle in the 30's for the ladies, though probably quite precarious! Pretty sure this is an AJS350. Might explain why I love motorcycles so much.....it's in the blood.

I think they're fabulous and it'd be (one of) my, if I won the lottery bike. I'd have the girder forked version mind. I believe the frame is machined from half a dozen billets & welded up.
Since the Bimota and Kawasaki marriage in the WSBK (and BSB), there seems to have been a lot more Bimotas that have come out to play. Andy
My dad on his 1934 Norton Model 20 (I think) And one of his brothers on his 1924 Norton Model 20 Another of his brothers on a 3½ hp Sunbeam. And myself trying toot the bulb horn of the maternal grandad's Sunbeam aged about 18 months. I guess I got from both sides of the family.
