Hello. I just bought a 2012 sf 848 and i'm having some issues. Backstory: the bike came to norway from sweden. When it came to norway it had som termignoni pipes fitted and some type of exhaustvalve bypass. The first owner in norway sold the termignoni pipes and bought pipes from austin racing gp2r i think they are called. The issue im having is that with the AR pipe i have lots of popp and bangs on deceleration. And when i mount the originale pipes the bike is stuttering at low rpm and i think it is running a bit hot. Therfore i belive there is a tune on the bike but i dont know what kind and i dont have the originale map that the bike originaly came with. Do anyone have experience with this kind of issue or even better have the originale ducati map?
Look at your dash when you turn the key on if the dash says DP or racing then your ecu hads had a Remap. If not Chris will sort for you he done mine no Probs.
Hi, I have been running the stock ecu map for a while and I have no problems. I also had on it an ecu with the termi slip on map and the only difference I saw was a higher fuel consumption. I also have to other friends that did over 50-60K on their 848 with the stock ecu map and never had any problems. Does anyone have here a document with a custom map that they did on their 848? Here in Romania the dyno custom remap in very expensive.
