Looking at the Ducati website this morning it looks as if there's a new Monster SP incoming. If so this could be the bike I've been waiting for! There's no details and I think it perhaps shouldn't be there just yet. Or is it a mistake and that's the 937 machine, it looks like it?
Hope there is a new one too, though the picture is of the 'old' one; really enjoy my SP but think an updated version based on the 'new' Monster would look better, depending on the graphic design?
Its weird that this is on the Ducati website now, a picture of the new 890 and one of the old 937 machine.
The new bike announced yesterday was the Hyper 698 Nera. I would be surprised if Ducati didn't do some sort of Monster special this year with it being 100 years and the Monster being a big part of that.
Why would you have a Monster SP and the Streetfighter V2S surely they’d have the same engine, Ohlins and very similar price.. The old SF V2 was a different engine with no Ohlins.
Perhaps a Monster V2S would be a better option? However I'd be interested in a Monster V2S but not a Street fighter
