Hopefully dodged the camera vans out on the Scottish borders. And also dodged the motorcyclists who cant stay on their side of the road. For sure ambition exceeding talent for a lot of them I saw. An unfortunate number of bike crashes today on official Facebook pages round my area......
Very little apart from mainly sitting in the garden. It's quite unlike me to just sit about for hours , but it's been very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.
Been to 'The Overlord Show' with our youngest lad this afternoon https://www.overlordshow.co.uk/ Mainly because it's just 10mins from us, but also because the vehicles themselves can be interesting. Everything from pre WWII stuff to modern desert warfare stuff. Including lots of motorcycles of different ages and uses. It does highlight I'm afraid that in my opinion there are some quite sad people around, and yes, some very stupid bright red people. Main aim this evening is to cool down.
the clue was that it had separated - all i had to do was squeeze some out and re-mix it together.. No, it blaady didn't
Down to Cambridge watch Son row in a local race. Tomorrow we're out on the bikes to the coast, destination undecided.
have decided to assemble it up anyway and see if it finally runs and if it does then will act as the incentive to re-do properly. Price of oil has risen noticeably since last bought some (probably over 10 years ago!)
Decided to go to the cinema to cool off; we got there despite the efforts of the two children on scooters who came out from the nearside between two parked cars. What I presume to be the parent, who was on the opposite footway, raised a hand, presumably in apology; I resisted the temptation to stop and tell him precisely what a twat he was.
