Sorry for asking this question but I need to drain the coolant on my 2002 748 and would like recommendations on a suitable replacement coolant? I appreciate this is one of Those topics, but for some reason it's something I struggle with on all my vehicles. One thing I do know is I don't want any of those "water wetter" types, just a simple coolant that's bright enough to see in the expansion tank and will work..... Thanks Andy
Go for the latest OAT spec organic type. Longer service life. Give the system a good flush through before filling unless you know how long the old stuff has been in there
As an aside, what is the service life of the pink OAT stuff? I swapped mine from the blue stuff many years ago but, I've never changed it.
