  3. @DoveG where in Scotland are you? I'm in Forfar, 15 miles north of Dundee. Here's a wiring diagram that might be of use to you.
    I also suggest this wiring mod, fitting a relay to power the ignition directly so that the supply doesn't need to go through the ignition switch, kill switch and all the many connectors in-between.

  4. Thanks for that Derek, I live near Haddington just a couple of miles from East Fortune racetrack.
    Any electrical advice is greatly appreciated as I admit to having very average skills in that department.

  7. Finally it’s finished ( apart from snagging issues ) and here’s some pics to prove it.
    I’ve only used it sparingly as the front brake is not great. Waiting for a master cylinder seal kit to arrive for the original as the replacement one is far from acceptable.
    Purists will hate the colour scheme but I like it.
