Spent the afternoon riding the enduro loops at Whaddon MX. I was supposed to be meeting some mates there at 9am but I overslept, took my time, arrived at 1pm and didn’t see any of them. As is becoming something of a tradition at these events (4th time in a year), Iggy had an attack of diarrhoea in the van. However, in a break from the norm, I didn’t crash and injure myself, most likely because I brought an injury with me (broken finger). Great value at £25 for the half day. View attachment 356506
Not today, but yesterday, I picked the first Raspberries and Strawberries of the year in our garden, which is always a good sign that Summer is here. And looking round the fruit cage I think that by the end of this week I'll have the first Redcurrants and Blackcurrants ripe and ready to pick.
Grumpy has arrived very early so as to obtain a good seat out of the comedians eyeline and as he's early he won't be picked out as he arrives whilst the show has already started. A very professional approach, unless of course he decides to heckle.........
