I got stung on this on something like a £230 fuel cap and £250 seat, after a bunch of smaller orders came through without VAT charges. What was typically good pricing from Ducati Milan ended up being pricier than I could have got elsewhere.

 

15% is hardly worth the risk when a bit of sweet talking can get 10% here ...
