I ordered and paid for a Fullsix carbon body panel from Carbon4Us in December. I was told it was special order only, not a stock item, so would be about a month. Come March and a lot of BS later, they still could not supply the panel and although the offered a refund, they then ignored me. I had to get refunded through my credit card company and Carbon4Us still contested it... Since then, I've been in touch with Fullsix who have informed me they no longer make that panel and haven't done for 'a few years'. I've also been back in touch with Carbon4Us using a different email address enquiring about it - they are still keen to take my money for a part they can not supply... Just wanted to share...
Only if it were intentional... I don't believe it was. And even if it were, they're in Spain - not something an individual would pursue. However, sharing the story on social media is something I can do... In fact, get this response from a FB group member... "I had just recently contacted them a few days ago and they confirmed they have the fullsix fairing in stock , I was looking for the right side panel and was told it was available so don't know wtf is going on here but I want proof now a picture in hand with time and date then I will send you my money"...
