Hi everyone, The time has come to sell my 2005 Ducati ST3. The standout feature of this bike is the exceptionally low mileage—it has covered just 6,403 genuine miles from new. It has just passed its MOT and comes with a fresh, clean 12-month ticket. Mechanically, the 3-valve motor runs beautifully and feels incredibly tight, exactly as you would expect for the mileage. Luggage Configuration: The bike comes complete with the rare factory 3-piece touring luggage setup and matching keys. Please note that all three boxes are currently unattached from the bike: Includes the massive 52L Nonfango 852 "AWACS" top box. Includes the matching contoured genuine Ducati side panniers. Includes all the matching keys and the full metal mounting framework. Note: The luggage is currently off the bike as the fitting bolts to secure the top box frame to the bike's subframe have been misplaced. The heavy-duty metal racks themselves are fully present and included (see layout photos), so the next owner just needs to source a few standard replacement bolts to bolt the framework up. Condition & Honest Patina: While the bike is very clean and tidy overall, it is a 20-year-old machine and has some honest, age-related cosmetic imperfections: There is a 3-5cm crack on the right-hand fairing panel. There is a scratch on the right-hand exhaust silencer. Black mark on RH exhaust below the footrests. Typical paint oxidation/flaking on the Brembo brake and clutch reservoir caps. The luggage cases have some typical scuffs and scratches from storage and use, but are 100% structurally sound, lockable, and weatherproof. Service History Note: The timing belts were last changed at 4,085 miles service in 2019. Oil and filter change at 5965. While the bike has done barely any mileage since, the belts are now due for an age-related change before any serious riding or touring. I have fully factored this into the asking price rather than doing them myself, allowing the next owner to refresh the fluids and belts to their own standard.
