Yeah Benji. I seem to recall that Lantern is a qualified lawyer, not that we should hold that against him...... He gave it all up to concentrate on his cycling passion. I watch some of his stuff my Son watches a lot more of LR, loves his insightful commentary. An acquaintance of mine rode in the tour in the early 80's, one of the few English riders to have done so in that era.

When Pogi went today he closed down Carapaz’s 40 second lead in 700 metres on a 1 in 9 gradient. lol. And the slightly shit thing was no one even attempted to go with him they know they’re already fighting for second and absolutely no point blowing a gasket with just under two weeks to go. I was getting flashbacks from the horrible white lime they spray on the roads after our recent ride over Puy Mary at the EMM. Not sure if it contributed to Pidcock’s crash, after the initial shock of seeing the crap all over the road as you went into a corner we realised it wasn’t actually slippery. It was however a bastard to clean off the bike when I got home. Pog was incredible again closing Carapaz
