Good morning. My temp can go upto 110 without the fan coming on but if I then turn the engine off and then turn ignition back on (not engine), the fan starts up. Any ideas please? Thanks
110 sounds about right. I’d imagine switching the ignition on activates the temp sensor and if the bike is still hot enough, the fan kicks in. Or is it doing it once the bike cools down?
I would have thought fan would kick in about 105 to 107? I only realised this happened by coincidence when it got to 110 and I thought I'd better turn engine off and then found out fan kicked in when I turned ignition on.
