Superbike Factory Gone

  1. They are in administration, but still trading, at the moment.

    I have an interest in their situation for work because we share a common supplier which is already struggling because they've reduced their requirements so much.
    if they do cease trading altogether it will take the supplier down and give me a big headache resourcing to the same standard.
    The naivety of the supplier hasn't helped of course.

  2. The statement of affairs on companies house suggests it’s beyond saving. £1.5 million of net debt. Very sad.

  3. They must have about three or four thousand bikes though? Is it a servicing the interest problem, or are they running at a loss regardless?
    I actually noticed the last time I was in sbf Macclesfield that some of the bikes hadn't been presented quite as well as previously.
    They had a triumph rocket for iirc 22k which was a thing of absolute beauty though.
