Guys, They want to sell 500, I doubt if less than 1,500 letters went out, which is not the same thing at all. They will have some estimate of how many to mail shot. I would guess that at least included all R model or Desmo buyers from the last ten years. If that's the bike, then it still sports £10.00 rear sets despite the price, that can't be right! Rest looks about right though and it is back in Desmo colour scheme....
Mmmm.well at £54K it's quite a bit more than a Desmo. You could have a Desmo and 1 other new Ducati, so I find it hard to see them selling 1500. However good luck to them if they do.

Yes I have ridden 1 back in April/ May 2012. My situation is that I have legs like Tree Trunks and like to put both legs down. On a standard seated 1199 it's very close and disconcerning. However when sat on a Panigale R with an aftermarket seat (similar to the 1 in the picture) it isn't quite as bad, but still noticeable enough.
