Little late putting this on but definitely need to give a big shout and round if applause to the Kais team. Nick and his team did a stage 1 front fork job, awesome and set up the Showa rear shock ( refurbished). The whole bike feels planted, turns in sharp and gives plenty of feedback and confidence. The 996 now needs a track day but will. Red to wait until after winter. brilliant job by Kai's, great service, price and genuinely nice fellas. If you are looking to fettle then sort your suspension and get them on it. Brilliant
Kai's are great! I took my 848 there and they sorted out the height and suspension. It made a big difference, but it was still not the right bike for me. I will be taking the Hyperstrada there soon. I can manage to ride it at he moment but I will be happier if I can get a bit more of my foot on the floor, especially on a camber. I am sure they can also fettle the suspension a bit to make it even more planted.
When I picked mine up nick mentioned they had done the seat height on one..far cheaper than the cost of a new seat from a dealer
