I'm sure there is an opening for an Italian-orientated meet as every one I can think of is 90% Japanese/British.
can't speak for Popelli but I can think of a whole heap of reasons why i'd take a visit to a bike jumble over Ebay any day.
The Club Nederland, ClubRace Weekend at Assen has a big autojumble in the paddock area with dealers from all over Europe. Lots of nice bits but no bargains. This years was in May.
been many times Paul and it is a good day out, but it does fit the above description - i.e. - very few Italian parts or bikes.

Not sure about Italian stuff its cars and bikes but alot of people who I know who build bikes often head miles to go to that one I would recommend this one. traders get in at 6am and snap up all the "bargains" joe public gets in at 10am by which time all the prices have been fixed and all the bargains have gone newark is huge, buts its grossly overrated, have been a few times, usually buying nothing as what is left for the public at 10am has already been picked over a 100 times before apart from the obvious market traders selling cheap tools its mostly british and jap bits £6 to go to what is basically a sunday market is poor value for money
We get people travel to it from here and like it... but maybe they like toot??? I have a dream of one nice part but I suspect I will have to save up and have it made oneday as I doubt one will ever turn up in UK My best finds have been from fab people of forums like this... I have a stunning Road Racing screen that was described as in need of repainting.. I was more then happy to spray it. Turned up and it was to me just stunning as it was I was so happy and thrilled to bits. Ducati bits are few and far to find and its rare to get a bargain on ebay these days
